The multi-platinum Oklahoma City hard rockers Joe "Blower" Garvey, Mark King, Mike Rodden, and Cody Hanson entered the studio with their new lead singer Marshal Dutton, to record a brand new effort that was co-produced by Hanson and Dutton. There are no boundaries, and every idea was fair game throughout the process. Hanson says, "We like to think we can do anything. We don't want to be stuck in a rut with one type of sound or formula. One song might be heavy Rock, while the next might have a Country or Pop influence."

It is an excellent album and contains some very fun energetic music
It seems as though everyone who doesn't rate this album very highly all include the same opinion......Hinder has a new lead singer. Yes this is undeniable. Now please listen to this album as though it is a new band you never heard of. It is an excellent album and contains some very fun energetic music. If you don't like them as a band, I can live with that, but don't write them off just because they have a new singer. Typically I am not a fan of changing the lead singer (or any band member really) of a band that I really enjoy. I was hesitant to buy this album also because it was going to be "different" but I was in the mood and I am very glad I did. I enjoy it from beginning to end because it is a great rock album and a great band that did what it needed to do to keep performing. All of these guys are too talented to quit and I am glad they decided to continue making music and too be very honest - I enjoy the new lead singer. Its not better than the last....It's just different. I encourage others to purchase and enjoy!

Better than anticipated! Hinder is back and better without Winkler...
This is one of Hinder's better albums! I have all of their albums and I was eagerly awaiting this album. As a fan, I was getting sick of Austin Winkler's antics. The band needed to make a change and go in a different direction. The new singer, Marshal Dutton, has a solid voice. Every song is very good. My favorites include "Hit the Ground", "Wasted Life", "Dead to Me', and "Foolish Eyes". If you have been a Hinder fan or have listened to Hinder, you will like this album.

I really like this album the more I listen to it
I really like this album the more I listen to it! Sure it's not like the old Hinder but they have a wide variety of music styles on their latest work and it's pretty refreshing music. The new lead singer does a great job with musically what they are doing on this album. I really like their previous albums but the new one is solid and different. Keep and open mind and keep listening it might actually grow on you.

I use too like hearing that hard rock sound but this
I use to be a true fan of Hinder but this CD has got me convinced that when you have something successful way in hell would you change it. I use too like hearing that hard rock sound but this!! If you like country music with a pop sound well this is for you. And if you must change your lead singer find one that fits what your band is trying to do. These songs I believe was written for Austin to sing and as everyone can here without him Hinder is not the same. If you are use to the past Hinder music then you are going to be very disappointed. To me no Austin NO Hinder!!!

As I said before; I love the band Hinder- it's been a couple years since they made a new album; I really love the album cover- front and back!!!! It has also been awhile since I heard Austin sing now that he is a grown adult. Take Care and God Bless Sincerely Yours, Danielle Schreiner

Their first album without Austin Winkler. The songs are there...and the new singer is ok...but that something missing is lack of powerful vocals...just my opinion, buy it and form your own!

Great rock album, perfect summer album!
Coming from a long-time Hinder fan, this is their best album to date (and maybe the best album of the year)! The new lead singer sounds amazing and the lyrics and melodies are fantastic!! While a lot of the songs are heartfelt, this still makes for a perfect summer album.

Not a bad album, But I knew right away it was missing something and that is the original lead singer and drummer if I am correct. when you really enjoy a band and not just for it music but its overall sound, the drums ,singer and guitars, It is hard to feel the same about it when it changes, I probably would have not bought this new album if I would have known this...PS if a band changes original members they should always change there name so there is nothing miss leading.......

Another Great Album
I love this album!!!....I'll be honest and didn't have high hopes since Austin left as for me he was Hinder. As a huge Hinder fan I bought the album anyway. I was incredibly suprised. Every song is amazing. I am still listening on repeat and looking forwards to the next one.

Das war's dann wohl...
nach den ersten 3 guten bis sehr guten Alben ( vor allem das "Take'it to the Limit" Album war Spitzenklasse) und dem mittelmäßigen ( aber keineswegs schlechtem) "Freakshow" präsentieren uns Hinder aus ihrem 5. Album u.a. einen neuen Sänger.

2015 The End (TE517-1) Warner Music 140g Medium Vinyl
Not a good recording. The depth varies between lacking to non existent with all of the sound coming out of the top half of my speakers. The bass drum has no impact making it sound lifeless. The vinyl itself is also not great, because of the content it isn't a factor during tracks but in between songs there is surface noise throughout with a lot of ticks and clicks. I would pass on this recording.
