Poorly described
Yes it arrived fine, and was what it said ...more or less... but resiliant? Hardly! 4mm of rubber or hard foam is one thing it will resist normal pressure which is what I needed it for...floor joists to reduce impact sound. But 4mm of thin soft and cheap foam is nothing. I dont know if its even worth putting down. Even double layer would be next to useless. Some years back I got hold of a Lafarge rubber genuinely resiliant tape ...that was excellent. Frankly for me this was a waste of money and I got three rolls of it!

"Acoustic/soundproofing" is a misrepresentation
It's slightly "padded" tape which makes it more soundproofing than sellotape/ducktape/equivalent sticky-back-plastic.But the reality is the difference is near-enough negligible but better than sticky-back-plastic.

Auf Holzbalken kleben die Streifen
Wir haben die Streifen auf Holzbalken geklebt. Darüber kamen dann OSB Platten. Quitscht nicht, tip top. Kleben sehr gut

Ganz OK
Preis/Leistung ok. Oberfläche nach dem Aufkleben an vielen Stellen gewellt. Seeeehr schwer wieder zu entfernen😩, da Klebereste sich beim Abziehen lösen und haften bleiben. Daher sehr aufmerksam anbringen☝🏽
