Cost more to return
Moved around too much in the shoes. Tried to return but shipping back international cost more than the heel lift itself. Lost of money

Best inserts found for leg length discrepancies
Contrary to the other review these are not hard, you can easily squeeze them with your fingers, however these are not made to provide cushioning for sore heels, they're offered in heights, 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm, etc. to remedy leg length discrepancies, which they do a great job of, being both light in weight and just firm enough to accomplish that. My only complaint is that they're not the height as advertised because they're contoured or cupped, so that the outside of the insert is 1cm, the center, where your heel rests is less than that. If you need precisely 1cm to correct a discrepancy you're going to be left about 15mm short because of the contouring.CG's cork insoles are fully 1cm because they lack the contouring, but while the height is perfect, the cork on many of those inserts is dry, brittle and cracks, it also lacks the give that the EVA provides. Both the cork and EVA inserts are topped with leather which feels and looks goodI was somewhat concerned about ordering from a company based in England but multiple orders have been delivered promptly and as effortlessly as if from Amazon itself.Note: the generic Amazon form asks if these provide good arch support, "yes or no", the question's not applicable these are heel lifts, period.
