Baseus USB Type C HUB Docking Station for Samsung S10 S9 Dex Pad Station USB-C to HDMI Dock Power Adapter for Huawei P30 P20 Pro

I wanted this dock primarily as a charging stand, but also occasionally for the HDMI and expansion ports. So far it has worked quite well. The only time it's been a bit weird is when the dock wasn't getting enough power to charge the phone from a few of my older chargers, but my Surface Pro and OnePlus chargers both work great with it. The HDMI has also worked great the few times I've used it.Knocking off a star for a few reasons. The build quality could be a bit better here. It's very light and could use some extra weight to it. Combine that with the cover that flips up having some extra give when pressing back and the phone will wobble and tilt at the slightest touch toward the middle to top of the screen. Also, the logo on the front is a bit of an eyesore for me since I don't like branding front and center on products.Overall it's a solid product and can recommend.

For a Chinese product, I'm really impressed. Works as advertised, don't know for how long but I'll enjoy it while it lasts. China has come a long way in the last twenty years. Making better and better products at a more affordable price. If it weren't for state sanctioned actors putting backdoors into all software and hardware I wouldn't hesitate to buy a lot more "Made in China" products. However, because of that, I'm really hesitant to buy any electronic device purely from China and not vetted by another third party or two; However, this little inexpensive device will definitely work for my personal use case. Nothing sensitive or worth worrying about.

2 years later update: Every single one of these is still working perfectly. It is still the best way to do an actual work on my cell phone. I've never had a problem. I suspect technology will advance before these docks quit working.UPDATE: I did actual go back and purchase more. Five more actually! for work as well as each of my TVs at home. Before these were available again, I ordered a different dock that did NOT work. This works everytime and I love that I don't have to take my phone case off everytime. Makes streaming a snap. I would like to note that all six of the docks I ordered work perfectly. I also want to add that I find myself using the card drives as well as thumb drives for storing photos, movies and other large files I don't need on my phone all the time. Works flawlessly.One of the reasons I prefer this dock over some of the other dongles on the market is that it props the phone up in such a position that if it goes to sleep and I want to wake it up, I just have to glance over to my phone to unlock vs picking up to phone or tilting it up so it can recognize my face. I also don't like random cords on my desk. I prefer the way it looks in the dock. This charges your phone at the same time and I've had dongles that do not charge so you have to have a wireless charger as well which caused my phone to get hot. Because the dongles are essentially a cord that gets wear and tear everytime you plug it in or pick it up to unlock, the dongles Ive had also didn't last very long before the wires inside would get fragile and you'd have to jiggle the cord to make a connection. With the dock you aren't touching the cords so they last much longer.Original review: Received yesterday plugged it in and it worked perfectly! DeX mode has completely replaced my computer needs and this is the perfect dock for running DeX. I bought this for my office. Only complaint is that when I came back on Amazon to order another for my home, they were "currently unavailable". I hope they become available again. I'd really like a second one.

Great dock, With all the Ports. A great docking station to use your Samsung phone as a Dex, without costing a hundred bucks. Cheap plastic, and not sure why it has a lid that snaps off/ breaks easily

There must be something better. Can barely get this thing to go into screen mirroring mode much less DEX. Had to keep plugging it, unplugging. Sometimes it works only with the power supply and sometimes it works without.

Nice litte dock if you happen to want to use Samsung Dex and accessories but note that even on a 4k display with 4k 60hz hdmi cables it does NOT support 4k resolution

I was skeptical when I ordered this. Saw it on a YouTube video, and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, t was everything I was looking for and more. Set your phone down, run an HDMI cable to the TV, and you're good to go. Same goes for a wireless mouse and keyboard. Plug in the USB dongle, and you're instantly using it to operate your phone. A couple extra features worth noting are the flip down lid that covers the connector, keeping dust from getting in it, and the connector itself. It's slightly longer than normal, allowing for most phones, even with a case on, to fit into the dock.

Was a little disappointing. Cheap quality . No audio port to send to external sound system
