Very pleased with this bag. Fitted easily to the rack on my bike. Being padded to keep food cool is a bonus but I use it for carrying my bike lock and a waterproof jacket, face mask etc. Plenty of room inside, as well as an outer, velcro closing pocket and a cord closing top section. Bottle holder on the outside is great. Zip closing seems secure, not tried it in the rain so can't comment on whether it is waterproof. Comes with a carry handle. I tend to leave it on the rack, mainly because, having an electric bike with the battery under the rack, it is difficult to remove without taking the battery out, so feels secure. Easy to fit, good capacity, handy bottle holder, all in all, a great bag!

I got this to go with my new bike and it fits perfectly on the back. The straps hold it on firmly and i can fit lots of stuff in it. Can't fit a bike light or reflector on the back of it though as in the description so I taped mine on (see picture)! Its thermal lined. All in all I am very pleased with this bag

I stuff more than I should into this bag and it holds up well. The zip is strong as is the Velcro fastener on the top pocket (which is useful for my phone). I didn't buy it because it was insulated, but it is actually useful for keeping a packed lunch cool.

Not a bad bit of kit just a bit on the heavy side

I didn't buy this for it's heat-retaining properties, so I can't really comment on this. Instead I wanted somewhere to place a small puncture repair kit, a rechargeable digital tire pump, a bottle of slime and a few tools (topeak Alien and adjustable wrench). It held all that, as well as three sets of keys, a 500ml bottle of water, a packet of mints and a chocolate bar. Despite quit a few bumps in the roads, it didn't come loose at all, so I was really pleased with it. It did exactly the job I was hoping for and negates the need for me to ride with a backpack on.
