Rear Shock Upper Bar Pin Eliminator Kit Fits 1997-2018 [ Jeep ] Wrangler JK TJ 1089

Great product. I think these were one of the cheapest bar pin eliminators on amazon that I could find at the time. They were easy to install and seem to be holding up just fine to regular wheeling trips.

This product arrived just as described and was easily installed on our 2005 Jeep Wrangler. I would definitely use this seller again.

After snapping one of my bar pins, figured I would go with something a bit more serviceable for the future me. Fit up great using a flag nut kit on the other side, and has been very good so far. Only complaint is one cracked came a bit bent like it warped during welding, but still fit and works great so far.

Love these, never deal with Rusty, breaky bolts on your xj again. Also gains you about an inch. I also liked the orientation of the top, it mimics the orientation of the factory bar pin, instead of turning it facing out like some of the other products out there. Solid steel, solid construction, great buy!

Our shock bushings had worn completely thru the poly bushings. We ordered a set of replacement bushings and ground down one lip on the bushings and pounded them in. The adapters capture the bushings tight like they should.

They appear to be great quality for the money and include the mounting bolt for the shock (Zink coated bolt and nut, not stainless unfortunately). The size and bolt pattern is correct for the factory upper rear bar pin mounts on 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. If you are replacing shocks at the same time, keep in mind that you won't need the bar pin on the factory-specified shock anymore and it is kind of a pain to remove.

Fit perfect for my shock absorber upgrade. I ordered these just in case when I ordered shocks and if I didn't need them I was going to send back but low and behold the new shocks didn't fit original slot so these came in handy.

Will need tonhabe multiple crescent wrenches of same size to attach then shock. Was not able to use a socket due to the bold heads overlapping and getting in the way! Easy to install if you have the right tools...product works great!
