I am a nail tech and these files are fine for natural nails but they are not stiff enough for acrylic nails. They bend.

I bought the fine 240/240 and love them. I use in a personal setting (not a nail professional!) them to buff my own nails. I like the shape as well. They're lasting a long time. They can be washed but that does not mean you can sterilize them, so they should not be shared among clients and should be given to the client or disposed of. I have one at work and one at home and have been using them for a few months and not needed to replace them.I will order again!
