How is the fit? I am an adult female with a normal head size but when I tried a silicone cap, I was not able to wear it for a second.

I’m a man with average sized head (I think) and normal amount of short hair. This is way too small. Yeah, I can stretch it to fit, but I’d get a headache in 10 minutes from this thing.

Will it fit a 20inch head

This is one size fits all, so it should.

trying to decide between Latex, Silicone and Lycra. What is the difference in feel and performance?

Latex is your traditional swim cap made of balloon like material. Silicone is thicker and does not pull your hair as much. It is easier to put on and more comfortable for about 5 seconds, but then it starts falling off. Lycra is swim suit material. It is good to wear under a regular cap to protect your hair and make it more comfortable. If you wear it by itself, you might as well not be wearing a cap.

I have hair down to my butt and it is very thick as well, will it fit into this cap?

I don't really know but I see ladies with long hair with latex caps at the pool.

Perfect Fit and Comfort.

So strange Nobody has written a review on this product. I bought it just for the looks. Amazing fit and comfort. I have used Speedo Swim Caps as well but they are not as comfortable as this one. Inside of the cap is textured/patterned finish which will keep the cap without slipping or coming off while diving. Just a small issue, while removing the cap u can see few hair strands on the inside. Otherwise its perfect. Just use a smooth finish cap which can be wore underneath this cap.
