The cap heats to about low which is good for conditioning treatments. It fits over large clips and the cord is an appropriate length. The seller included an adapter so I can plug it into us style outlets. The seller also included planting conditioning caps which I greatly appreciated.

It needs 220volt to operate. I can not use it. Seller will not refund me unless I send it back to Korea. The postage to Korea cost more than this cap worth.
