Love Coverite
Coverite 21 Century Fabric is the best covering I've found to use on RC floatplanes! After applying Balsarite to the wood making the wood water proof, Coverite really sticks well and will not wrinkle after being exposed to water for some time like other coverings I've used! I've been using Coverite 21 Century Fabric for years, it's the easiest to work with and I love it! Highly recommended for water bounded hobbiest!

Good covering. A bit heavier than Monokote
Good covering. A bit heavier than Monokote, I think, but I like the fabric look. This was shipped directly from Amazon, and might have been an old roll because the ink from the instruction stuck to a portion of the covering, and I couldn't remove it to use that section on my plane. The roll was also bent when I received it, but no telling how that happened.

I have been using tissue and dope before but this was easier. It will be a learning curve though as there are some things I could have done better. I didn't have trouble with warping by getting it too tight as some people mentioned.

great covering and top of the line quality
I like the product, the only dislike would be the cost.

Wouldn't recommend
Pros: reasonable price, very light and thin.Cons: doesn't stick to wood very well. I tried at different temperatures, and still peels off very easily. The glue layer seems too thin or maybe is low quality.

Poor! Poor! Poor! packaging for shipment
I ordered a roll of this mylar covering from Toysonics and a different color from a different vendor (both via Amazon). The other vendor did the packaging as expected, they put it in a long box. Toysonics, however, packaged the roll into a bag and shipped it to me. Guess what happened? Yes, it bent in half. Now I have a crinkled, bent, creased roll of mylar for my RC airplane. Toysonics - WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? I'm not happy.

It did the job!
This was thinner then what I used 30 years ago and harder to stop from clinging together but it did the job for this old man :-)
