I just had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Bought this for my compression dressing to wear for 6 weeks after surgery. The shoulder straps fit comfortable and the length of the leg is long enough to not ride up and give me a wedgie, but not to sung that is squeezes my thighs. I had also bought a different style with shorter legs, but I like this one better. I also like that the zipper/ bra eyelets are off to the side instead of the center. My other has the zipper in the center and it drives my incisions for my bellybutton crazy.The material is soft, but very durable. I would recommend this product and actually bought another one today so I can alternate the through the laundry.

After measuring per the instruction I ordered the medium. Im glad I measured because my first thought was to order a small, I wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the designer.I like this garment. Does not pinch or bind and holds everything still. I love the back, it come up high enough to covers my bra fat. I have a flat bum and this garment has really change that. It's kind of weird because I have never had a "perky" bottom so I'm somewhat self conscience when I wear something form fitting.The reason I didn't give 5 stars....the opening in the bottom is only for urinating, without being too graphic, I will not wear this garment if I didn't have my morning BM. It's just too much trouble to totally undress.

Post lipo surgery this was just what the doctor ordered!! I needed something longer for my legs as the other 2 fajas I had were too short on the thigh. This fits directly below/at my knee area and is supporting thigh lipo. I got the 3X at 245 pounds after surgery at swelling it fit just right. Please go by the chart. People saying it is too small, must not wear a columbian faja. I noticed according to my hip size I could have gotten between a 2X or the 3X but with my swelling I wanted to go larger than smaller. If you want that really tight fit go the smaller size as long as it is within your measurements. Material is very comfortable. Your junk is out for the world to see by the way FYI! Other than that I have bought from Diane and G, other major brands and I really love this one!!

The material is of good quality. I should have listened to reviews. I brought a 2x definitely could have used a little more tightness. It's doable but would love for my stomach area to be more flattened. I didnt have much trouble getting on, felt the crotch area was harder to get lined properly but otherwise it was comfy. I'll keep my fingers crossed with buying the xl.

I purchased this to use following liposuction of flanks, inner and outer thighs, and abdomen along with removal of ruptured silicone breast implants and fat grafting to breasts. I'm 5'2" 169 lbs. Initially I bought a large, it fit, but during my first week post op it constricted my breathing too much at night. At 1 1/2 weeks post op, my measurements are Hip....43 1/2,Underbust....34 3/4,Bust........45 1/2 waist,......34 1/2. I ordered an extra large which just arrived. Hoping it fits comfortably now and the large fits in a few weeks after swelling dissipates. I need to wear compression garment 24/7 for 6 weeks aside from showering, so it's good to have a few to change into. Garment is lined and very well made. Post surgical garment I was put in by surgeon is by design Veronique size large. Very expensive but fits well. This is a cheaper alternative but works well.

I followed the chart measurements but didn't work for me, was like a leggins. So I returned and reordered a smaller size and that was perfect. I must say they don't show a really good pictures for the gluteus area and for my surprise has an elastic that is "levanta cola" or lift but, that I don't need it but it's ok.

I am 3 years post surgery and much smaller than I thought! I have no tummy to speak of but, I just love to wear these garments! wear it everyday to work! This product is excellent runs true to size! After reading all reviews I ordered a medium and it was too big I had to order a size small! I could have ordered a ex-small! These fajas are meant to support and fit snug! It’s very comfortable! The material is excellent the inside is a soft polyester material! The product is much better than the one provided after surgery! I will eventually order the extra small

I am 5' 9 227 pounds with a lot of stomach from having five kids (all c-sections). My hips are wide and I haven't had much backside (more wide than bubble) but I bought this in size large and it flattens my stomach curves my hips and gives me a butt! I wore a t-shirt and tights today and I couldn't believe my shape! I felt 19 agian pre- babies and I'm 35. I have had many shapers , many. None worked. This is seamless even under tights! If I could give a ten stars I would. It has an open crotch as well and the material is very comfortable and moves with you.
