This Saves Lives Snack Bars (Variety Pack, 0.88 Ounce (Pack of 15))

My kid is grown and off defending the country. I am the high maintenance, food allergy, food sensitivity, my stomach hates me person that seeks the occasional sweet treat that won't kill me, make me sick or put a dent in my bank account. If you are reading this review, you already know what I'm talking about because this is your life, too! Allergen friendly, not found in big box store, maybe healthier options are:1. Hard to find2. More expensive3. Often not worth the $These guys are good! For me (or a kiddo) they are the perfect size. Yes, they are on the small side. Friends, learn size and measurements when you shop! They are the advertised size. They aren't sticky rice crispy treats, so don't have that expectation. If they were any sweeter they'd actually be too sweet. I like them. I'll buy them again. I'll low-key hate the fact that I pay more for better-for-me foods. Is what it is. These guys are yummy, the box graphics are adorbs, they're a convenient, allergy-friendly snack.

I ordered these as little goodies in my daughters Unicorn themed birthday party bags.Pros: Good size, fun design, healthier option, good business missionCons: the only con is the taste. I had one expecting it to have a taste similar to the crispy rice squares we all know and love, but you can tell that these are healthier. I mean, for a special treat for a kid who may not know the difference, it is fine, but for a connoisseur like myself, it was very noticeable.Overall, I think they were a fun addition to the treat bags. Would I order again? Maybe not. But I'm not opposed to trying different products from this company because I like that they give back and are creating treats that aren't just jam packed with sugar.

Let’s just start with my kids (3 and 2) love these bars!I love feeding my kids healthy snacks throughout the day in addition to our fruits and vegetables. These hit the mark for me. The variety is great and the s’mores and chocolate chip flavors are amazing. So yummy! The strawberry flavor to me wasn’t the usual “strawberry” that I was expecting but my two year old demanded them over the other two so they pass the test! It may be because they have SECRET fruits and veggies in each bar.What I really love are the ingredients AND lack of ingredients. They are school safe so free of soy, nuts, gluten, dairy, and more. And there are only 5 grams of sugar per bar. Woot! Pair that with every purchase means a food aid donation. Why WOULDN’T you get them?These are going into our regular shopping list because they are that good.

I was super excited for these and they are very cute, taste good, and designed well for kids. Love that they save lives and are free of major allergens. Still have some questionable ingredients but it seems like a better choice.

Flavors are okay, the kids mostly liked the cookies and cream ones. They don't hold together as well as normal rice krispy treats but they're still cute.

It was my turn on my kids soccer team to bring the snack. One of the kids has an anaphylactic peanut allergy. I thought I’d play it safe with this as a tasty and healthy treat. We did the s’mores flavor based on other review recommendations and it didn’t disappoint.

So let me start by saying if you’ve ever had an original real Rice Krispies treat, this thing is garbage. Nothing like a Rice Krispie. BUT if you are a stupid kid who’s parents have never let you have Rice Krispies treats, this stuff is pretty good! So therefor a great way to sneak some veggies into your kid that you’ve deprived of the sugary devil. Honestly this is a huge parent win, but a huge loss for those stupid kids who don’t know what they are missing!

Delivery was great; no damage and product not expired. I love This Saves Lives mission and I love the wholesomeness of the chosen ingredients. The strawberry bars were not for me however and I prefer the flavor and texture of the rice Krispy bars. These barsI thought they were dry and bland in comparison to the rice options. The portion size is a nice snack, but at this price point I will purchase again only the bars I love and skip the rest.
