Very unhappy with purchase!
Does not fit below knee or upper bicep. I am male of average build and this item does not fit.Elasticity poor.Stitching on Velcro broke on one band the very first time I attempted to put it on.Velcro scratchy...Very unhappy with this purchase.

Simple and effective. Nothing really magic (except of course, the magic of reflective fabric). Strong velcro, I really like the elastic material to keep it secure just below the knee or above elbow (my preferred locations) without being too tight.

Great for runners that run all the time!
As a runner, safety is my number one priority. I sometimes go out running at 4:30am or as late as 9pm and it's usually dark. I run by myself most days so it's not the safest if I go out without any reflective gear. It's embarrassing and silly looking but it's a must have for safety – Safety First. The bands stretch so I can put them on my forearms and calves. Best around ankles or wrists if you’re wearing pants or long sleeves. Highly Recommended!
