dud batteries
Despite trying to charge the batteries on 3 occasions for 10 to 12 hours each time, I only ever obtained about 10 seconds of waterpik performance. Amazon refused to accept the return of the dud batteries as they maintain that items containing flammable liquid or gasses cannot be returned to Amazon. What a cheap cop-out!
