Doesnt actually charge nor does it seem to glow in the dark.but great quality of the backpack itself. My son is excited

This backpack seems to be good quality material. I haven’t had to test it in the rain just yet, but looks like it would be ok. My only complaint would be that the strap ends did not come sewn. I had to burn them in order to stop them from fraying. Probably an missed thing??
