—UPDATE — Ugreen got in touch with me about the faulty product. They immediately sent me a replacement as the original was clearly faulty and shouldn’t have stopped working so soon. I am putting this review back up to 4 stars because when it is working this charger is amazing and honestly charges my phone so fast. I must also mention ugreen have some of the best customer service I have experienced. I am leaving my original review below for awareness but my opinion is that this is a good product. — — — For the first 3 months this charger was fantastic. Charged my phone so quick. However, only 3 months later and this charger has never left my house. Never even left the socket it is plugged into so has never faced any hardships and it has broken. Won’t charge any phone that it is plugged into. Very disappointed after it did so well. For lead and socket this charger cost me over £23. When it has been used as carefully as it has I don’t think it is right that it has broken already. this wasn’t even my main charger so was only used around once a week

Reliable products from UGreen
I wanted a white charger, so straight to my fave brand of chargers and cables. Didn't need anything faster than a 20w charger, so this was perfect. It's in use immediately, charging a gadget. Highly recommend this brand.

3.5 years and still running
Have been using for 3.5 years and it's perfect. Bought it to charge my iPhone 11, later I switched to Pixel and now S24 Ultra. Have no complaints.

It’s working for now
It was working fine for about 11 months, but it stopped working and tried different sockets with no luck but it’s started working again out of nowhere just before buying a new one thankfully.
