Perfect exercise tool
These posters perfectly accompany our new TRX straps. They give clear instructions for many different exercises. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition with great instructions on the best way to flatten them. We chose to use tacky putty to hang them in our gym which works extremely well. It was a great idea to have one side horizontal and the other vertical so there are choices for positioning them on the wall. Excellent product!

Really nice charts for any exercise area. Clip mount them so you can reserve the side and you have 4 useful posters to inspire you to sweat the little things, your exercise routines.

Easy to read...pictures and description along with which muscle group being targeted.
Reverse-roll to flatten before hanging or attaching to a vertical surface. I have these hanging on a wall next to my TRX. "A picture is worth a thousand words."

Good but not great charts
First, contrary to a review I read here, they are, at least now, laminated. I used a 16x24 snap frame I got on Amazon and framed them both together. Perfect fit. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. They offer a lot of exercises, some quite apparent and easy to do, others a bit esoteric and therefore not easy to follow by the small, very simplistic pictures and arrows provided. Maybe less choices with better pics and directions would up the rating. Haven’t looked but there has to be better choices.
