Hydro Flask's insulated water bottles are made of high quality food grade 18/8 stainless steel. The bottles have no liner (like most aluminum bottles) and are BPA free. Unlike plastic water bottles or single wall stainless bottles, Hydro Flask will keep your beverage of choice at your preferred temperature for hours, whether you choose hot, cold or room temperature liquids. All Hydro Flask products feature a lifetime warranty and are double wall vacuum insulated. They are designed to be lightweight, making them great for long hikes, days on the beach, golf, long road trips or everyday office use. Even when filled with ice, the exterior of your Hydro Flask will never leave a puddle on your desk, drip on your shirt, or sweat in your bag.

Buyers Beware! Not sure if I bought a fake product or itโs the product quality issue
32 oz. wide mouth, black butt colorI bought this for my daughter who is a high school tennis varsity team player. So far sheโs owned the bottle for 4 months but the wear and tear is beyond imagination. She uses the bottle a lot but exercises reasonable care: hand wash only, filled in with spring water and ice cubes only, does not drop or bang into hard surfaces. However, the bottle seems to get scratches, chipped away and dented easily. At this point I am wondering if I purchased the counterfeit one, or the quality itself does not really back up its lifetime warranty promise. Iโve uploaded the front and bottom images of the water bottle. Conclusion: Buyers Beware! I wonโt buy this brand from Amazon ever again. Quite disappointed at the price tag for the quality it stands for although I am a huge fan of Amazon.

Not vacuum insulated
***Update*** Amazon agreed to accept return and refund due to product not as advertised.I hope Hydro Flask stops making this lower quality container.I first purchased a green Hydro Flask from REI and it works well. Then I purchaseda purple Hydro Flask from Amazon. Although they look identical in most ways, the purple one is very inferior. It does not keep things cold. I have tested it withexact same conditions and amounts of ice. On the side of the green Hydro Flaskis says,"Vacuum insulated". It says nothing on the purple one. But on thebottom of the purple one it says,"Tempshield insulation" 14567, made in China, and gives the capacity. The green one is numbered 14026 and says made in China, designed in Bend OR..So, to sum up, I purchased what was advertised as double walled vacuum insulatedand what was delivered was "tempshield insulated" and does not work well at all.I got it in January and was not able to put it to the test until recently. Amazon willnot allow a refund. I will never buy another one of these and I tell everyone toavoid them now.

Love this bottle!! Recommend getting a straw lid for it, too!
I am so so picky about water bottles, and have gone through a LOT of them trying to find something I really like. I've tried plastic, glass, Nalgene, Camelback, Contigo...you name it. There are a lot of features I want in a water bottle (keeps drinks cold/hot, doesn't sweat, easy open/close, won't spill, easy to clean, not noisy to open/close or drink from, etc.), and this one fit the bill!I ordered the straw lid with mine, and am glad I did. I thought I might switch back and forth between the cap it came with and the straw lid, but I have been using the straw lid exclusively.Pros:- Easy to clean (not supposed to put in the dishwasher, but it is very easy to hand wash)- Keeps drinks cold for long periods of time. I haven't tested this a lot, but it is obvious it does very well with this. I had it at an outdoor summer concert, with the sun beating down on it for a few hours. It felt hot to touch, but the water inside still had ice!- Doesn't sweat! At all! This is very important to me because I like to put my water bottle in my purse or backpack sometimes, and I hate to do that if it's sweating. Plus, I don't really want to leave water rings on desks and tables everywhere I go...- Size - I can fill this up in the morning, and depending on what I'm doing, it will last me most of the day.- Durable - I've taken this quite a few places since I bought it, and it has been dropped a few times, and only has very minor cosmetic scratches on it.Straw Lid (definitely recommend adding one):- Easy to clean - this lid is MUCH easier to clean than the Camelback ones- Easy open/close - just lift it with the little plastic tab that sticks out- Quiet open/close - I hate to be the person who keeps making noise with her water bottle in classes or meetings- Loop for carrying - this loop is fine (although a little bit small, so I might order a handle that I've seen other places). I like that it has rubber around the inside so that it's not slippery, and it makes it easy to hold it without fear of dropping it while drinking.- Seems sanitary - One of my big concerns with water bottle lids is whether or not they are covered/protected enough to stay clean. I don't want the part I drink out of to be exposed to everything it might come into contact with. The way this straw folds down into the lid seems very sanitary. I've actually watched whether or not things touch it when I set it down somewhere on its side, and it always seems well-protected by the carrying loop and just the width of the lid. I haven't noticed it coming into contact with anything gross. Also, the rubber on the Camelback straw always seemed to have junk getting stuck on it (ew!), but the rubber on this one is not nearly as sticky feeling, and doesn't ever seem to get anything stuck to it.The one issue I've come across is that it doesn't fit in most cup holders, although I am lucky and one in my car is *just* big enough to fit it. But when I drove my mom's car the other day, I ended up having to lay the bottle on the passenger seat, or sit it between my legs (which is kind of annoying when I'm driving). I did know this was a potential problem before I ordered it, though, and they do have other size options that would fit in a standard cup holder.I also strongly considered the Klean Kanteen, but liked the lid choices better with Hydro Flask, and I'm glad I chose this one. My brother-in-law was just visiting, and he's been using a Klean Kanteen for years, and he seemed a little jealous of my Hydro Flask ;) One benefit he said the Klean Kanteen has over the Hydro Flask is that the lid vacuum seals the bottle every time you close it, but I really don't understand why that's a big deal. I haven't had a problem with my bottle not sealing or insulating, even with the straw lid, which I guess hinders insulation a little bit (but it still keeps my drink cold for a very long time). I'm perfectly ok with not having a "vacuum seal".

Fake product? Logo fading.
Bought about a year but used only occasionally, the logo at the front of the bottle is already partially faded. Have another hydro flask but different model but everything still looks good. Posted pics of my fake one. All printing does not look as sharp as my other one.Looks like I may have gotten a fake. Showed to co-worker and he agrees.Got this thru lightning deal but still not cheap. Not sure yet I is returnable since over a year already.Very disappointed with this product.
