Nice and soft, decent size for mid-size cats or kittens, seems like it wouldn't fall apart fast.Only issue is that the 3 holes in the floor of 3rd level den did not line up on the 3 support posts below them despite following instructions to the letter. Had to make a choice between 2 of the 3 holes as screwing them in will make the 3rd hole an inch out of place with the strut hole. Not great, will need to make our own hole but lack the tools.Edit: our kitten loves it

This Multi-Level Cat Tree Tower when assembled is sturdy and well made, however there was one slight problem - two holes on the top 'room' were in the wrong place so I had to drill new holes for the bolts to fit, not a problem but if I didn't have a drill it would have been annoying to have almost completed the construction and not be able to finish it.

Afraid the cat didn't want to be around for the photos, but rest assured she spends most of her time in it otherwise.I've built several cat trees over the years, many of them are pretty horrible to put together with difficult construction and sharp edges but this isn't like them. All surfaces are covered in soft edges and it is obvious with the well written instructions how it all goes together. If you're needing a stylish space for your cat to hide and snooze in, this is the one.

Both my kittens love after a day of sniffing it suspiciously. They have plenty of room to move around and sleep all over it. The only down side is that the posts don't have a lot of the sisal wrap but this can be replaced easily.

Screws didn’t line up and it we can’t actually put it fully together. But the top sits pretty study so we’re not fussed. It’s such a good price we aren’t returning it.

This is the easiest to assemble cat tree we have ever bought and the quality is great too. Can see this lasting a long time. Kittens love the hideaway boxes if they want to get out of the way. Easily big enough for our 7 month kittens, plenty of growing room

My cats love their new cat tree, there have already been a few brawls over it. It's really sturdy and easy to put together. I do suggest reading the instructions as there are lots of parts but they are very clear to follow. All of my cats love it, even my chonk cat sits on the top with no issues.

Good product, instructions hard to understand, pieces munbered wrong and did not fit had make extra holes to fit .
