She has been working and working on the full on air split. This leg spreader is definitely helping to stretch her tight muscles and getting her good form at her competitions. It allows you to gradually start and increase little by little. Great product for dancers.

I'm so happy I found this on Amazon. I've been wanting to get my splits for years and when I saw this first on cheapex I'm like this is exactly what I need. But it was a scam and I had to file a dispute with my bank. I was so upset because I was actually really looking forward. I'm like it can't be too good to be true so I nervously looked it up again. I knew Amazon was a trusted vendor and it was cheaper. I was hype! I can't split yet but I know this product will get me there. The stretch it gives is crazy. It's worth the buy, I recommend.

I'm taking a pilates and yoga class and this stretcher has been really helping stretching out. This has been allowing me to stretch my legs out further and further, little by little. What I like about this are the bars on this hold my ankles without leaving marks on me. I'm able to pull this without hurting myself but am really feeling the stretch without the pain or worrying about pulling something. My daughter started using it to help with her dance class and after using for about a week, she's almost able to do the splits. With me, I really feel it working my hamstrings and am also starting to see more definition in my thighs which I'm very happy with.

This split stretcher is easy to use and perfect for my teenager cheerleader daughter. She's been able to increase her flexibility a lot in just a few short weeks using this. It was a great price and I would definitely purchase again in the future.

This strecher is light weight comes with a band and a storage bag. Im so glad i came across this. My daughter had me strsching with her and she was killing me, moving to fast pushing me down had me telling her ilk never do it again with her. She was upset saying shes doing what her teacher does to her and that i need to strech. A few days layer i searched and came across this product. At first i didnt think it would work when i pulled it out the bag. After using it the first time i am hooked. It was easy to start off, wasnt uncomftable at all. Til i started the actual strech. You can feel pulling your musles and its perfect because tou go on your own speed. It is protable so you can take it with you any where. I LOVE stretching! I'm not a gymnast or cheerleader or anything like that, I just really like to stretch and stretch further than last time. Sometimes it is hard to get a good inner thigh stretch on your own. This tool is so simple and works very well to get a good stretch on your own! Really like it and wish I had known about it sooner!

Everything is great about this product except I am 6' and extremely, extremely inflexible. The middle pull bar actually needs to be a little longer for me to reach with my pathetic flexibility. However, they did include a strap which i attached to the middle pull bar to fit my needs. Hopefully after using this product for a few weeks, i can remove the strap and reach on my own. I guess that will be an easy measure of improvement.
