These small carabineers seem to be well made and suited for light work. Don't expect them to be for big jobs, they're small and probably not that strong. They suit my purpose and I'd buy them again.

I use a lot of small carabiners for a variety if things. These are right sized for small jobs, lightweight too. But they don't always spring closed completely and often catch on the striker part of the clip. I have to jiggle it with my fingers to get it to completely close! Shouldn't have to do that!

They are exacly as advertised. If you need to hold loads more that 15 lbs look for something else like a quick link or heavier material. I use these for my keys, or any small item that I do not want to lose. I also use it on one side of my sun sails and small tarps BECAUSE THEY WILL BREAK BEFORE THE FABRIC OR ANYTHING ATTACH TO IT leaving the heavy duty attached side connected. It's a point of failure that make because I rather replace $1 plus clip than a $50 tarp or poles, or tent if I get hit by high winds.

Many of the poor reviews complain that these carabiners are “small” or “too small”.They are exactly the size indicated in the second photo, just under 2-inches long, and just under 1-inch wide.The exact dimensions are listed in the item details: 1.98” long x 0.95” wide x 0.15” thick.If you don’t want a carabiner this size order the size you need instead.If, however, you want a small, lightweight carabiner for any number of handy uses, these will work just fine.

These broke within 2 days of using them. I was using these to attach my water bottle to my hip during work. Disappointed
