The media could not be loaded. So first of all set up was a breeze. The reason I say that first as we are gifting this to my in-laws. They live a little distance from us about a two hour trip and don’t get to see their grandson as often as they’d like. This is so great every time my wife and I snap a photo of her son we can upload it and it appears on their frame in the living room. Even when the frame is turned off and you try to upload the photo it remains in the queue to re-upload when the unit is back on. Such a great idea. I’m actually thinking of getting one for my parents even though they are much closer because this one functions so well. It actually looks like a real photo frame it’s pretty crazy. The outside boarderof the frame is a brown gold that looks like a rich wood. And the inside white portion is a flat white. One setting I’ve also the touchscreen was very responsive. The app is also easy to use. I would’ve paid double what I paid for this!I hope this was helpful.

We got the 10 inch WiFi version of this frame for my mom last Christmas, and we all love it so much! The setup was so simple, and once you download the app, getting linked up to the frame and sending photos are both really easy too. My 7 and 9 year old kids even love scrolling through the app and sending pictures to their grandma's frame. You can go in to the settings on your frame and adjust slideshow settings, how photos are displayed, etc. as well as delete pictures if needed. The pictures are bright and clear and the 10 inch frame is a great size for a side table. I like that when you send a photo from the app, you have the option to caption it (so if you're sending photos to someone else's frame, you could leave a note/caption about the picture that can be displayed in a small box in the corner when that photo pops up in the slideshow). I'm impressed with the quality so far and ease of use, and I'm considering getting one of these for myself too.

No matter what I did (three different cards and 5 different USB sticks) this frame displays the "hidden" indexing folders on the storage devices. So, that means every other photo or so is a blank screen, random icon, line, etc. Not usable. NO reference to this issue anywhere.

Really love this. It's a modern but low technical way for us all to stay connected to Mom. Each sibling and grandchild has downloaded app and can instantly share photos and videos with Mom no matter where we are in tge world. Tge 32GB with backup is comfortably sufficient for our needs. She's excited and loves ❤️ it as well.
