Finish doesn't look like "high-quality"
This review is for the polished brass lever. Amazon sent a lever with the wrong finish 1st. Then Amazon sent me a scratched replacement lever. I returned both. I decided to order one from Yale directly. The rosette looks cheap (looks like plastic). The lever is solid but the finish doesn't look like "high-quality". I wasn't able to find another lever with a similar design/finish in one of the big hardware stores so I decided to keep it.
