The shower faucet is amazing. The quality is top notch. The installation was easy according to our contractor and he was highly impressed with the quality and the design. I love the options of having either the rainfall, the handheld, or both at the same time.

The faucet handle, and shower heads and rain head look great, well-made. The faucet handle and the handheld showerhead is a standard install. You just have to be careful to get the depth set right on the handle. The rain head I didn’t like the bracket that came with it. It was too short, I put the plumbing pipes in the ceiling and moved it towards the other end of the shower enclosure. This way when you turn the diverter valve halfway, you can have two people take a shower at the same time, works nice.

The shower the water direction is not straight. It goes everywhere to the sides. Some holes won’t even let the water come out. I wish I bought another brand.EDIT:The company reached out and sent a new one that works. So I am giving a better review this time.

Hello, I have an issue with this item. The item looks great the issue is when I open the water, water comes from the shower head and the washer. I set to come from the shower only, it does not come from shower only still comes from the washer. If I set the valve to from the washer only still comes from shower head and washer. Can someone help me please.

I bought this item twice. The first time it arrived faulty and I returned it. I purchased a second one and had it professionally installed a few days after it arrived. That was nine months ago. This morning it exploded in the shower, causing damage to the brand new walls we had installed, and cutting my son’s shoulder. For a $200 shower head, I would assume it’s supposed to last much longer than nine months. The product help page for the seller leads nowhere. I reached out to Amazon for support and they weren’t much more help. They told me it was outside of the warranty period (seems ridiculous that a company wouldn’t warranty a $200 shower head for more than nine months) and outside the refund window. They sent me a link for the seller’s site again, which I had already told them does not work. It would be one thing if I just decided after nine months that I didn’t want it anymore, but that’s not the case. I’m just looking for a replacement since it was obviously faulty. I had a $30 shower head before this and it was fine after 15 years. We bought this one because we were redoing our bathroom and thought it would be an upgrade. I certainly didn’t expect to be out $200 after just nine months of using it.

The product is beautiful and looks great in our newly remodeled master shower. It also performs extremely well, i.e., as expected. I want to commend KES for their outstanding customer service, particularly a fellow name Wing (based in China). I requested some support with the product and sent an email to KES. Wing responded in less than 24 hours and resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and a pleasure to work with.

Is a good shower head

Product is super clean looking, worked great, no leaks, really like the diverted in a box system. Would buy KES again for next shower.

We purchased the product in March 2022 and were impressed by the quality. Using the sower on a regular basis we were unaware of the calcium build-up in the shower head which ultimately caused a failure of the jets. We contacted the supplier KES who were friendly and efficient and, although out of warranty, replaced the shower head at no cost. Impressive!We are taking steps to reduce the amount of calcium build-up and have set a schedule for regular descaling.Nigel Dearsley NB Canada

The media could not be loaded. We recently completed a bathroom renovation. Pretty much everything in the bathroom is KES. Great price and great product.The shower system is great. Installation was easy. The only tricky part was screwing in the overhead shower and hand held wand. The threads were a little short so I had to notch out the tile. Luckily KES included great faceplates that easily his my mistake.Was happy to know that the wand and regular head work at the same time using my existing 1/2" pipes.Would highly recommend.
