Opening Directions Please
They should really include a diagram on how this urn opens. It slides open once the screw on the bottom is removed, and even then it was such a tight fit we were fearful of breaking it. After 30 mins of trying to figure it out, we needed to google it and then use a knife/flat screwdriver very carefully to pry it open b/c we were fearful of breaking or scratching it, as it is a very tight fit. This was our first experience with an urn.

Great Urn for my dad
I purchased this urn for my father's remains. It's well built and large enough to hold a good amount of ashes. I was worried when I ordered it, because I wasn't sure it would hold him, but it worked out perfectly. I think he would have been very happy with this.
