Top 28 keys don't sound and Alesis won't respond by phone or email. Everything else works perfectly. Anyone else have this problem?

This can be carried out by pressing and holding the + and – buttons together while powering on the piano. Do you need internet access to play or can you just plug into ac/dc and play?
