This purchase was great . I bought these with the intention to use during a DnD campaign I am Dming . I like the different backgrounds . The main thing you got to be careful on is to make sure you fold it in the direction you unfolded it from. Could possibly break the maps . So caution to take your time while putting it up . Other then their great !

These are absolutely fantastic. Sturdy, easy to unfold, art/colors are great. Only downside is the box is very heavy. But if that's the only issue it's all good. 😀Warning: there is only one way they fold. Don't force it. If it's not folding properly, open it back up and start again.

The game boards are thick, the background colors are bright and the dry erase marker wipes off easily.I suspect over time the seams where the boards fold will be a weak point and they will eventually tear. The question is how long will they last before that happens.I would have given the boards 5 stars except for one thing: when I opened the box for the first time, I discovered a tear in the background laminate on one of the boards. And I couldn't find a telephone or email number to contact the company to find out how to replace that board. And I could only find a return process for the entire item on Amazon--none of it's menu selections include: damaged, but don't want to return the whole darn thing, just the part that's damaged....Other than that, I do like these boards and expect I will have a lot of fun with them.

I really enjoy these boards, can use erase markers that well erase good. Recommend highly.

Using this for dnd sessions instead of graph paper with poorly drawn lines has saved a bunch of time in combat, not worrying about where the edge of a 5x5 ft square is. However you can get that with any game mat. I bought this one because they were double sided with various textures that I liked on each side, plus they fold instead of roll so they avoid the problem of it trying to roll back up. I highly recommend this if you like the patterns they offer.

I was impressed by the thickness and heavy feel of these boards. They will last a long time. I am happy with them!

Got these for our DM, they've been quite handy

Large, easy to use, and great if you have the bits and pieces to add to your scene (furniture, walls, misc and etc). They work really well with dry felt pens too so if you don’t have much you can easily draw in what you need at the time.They’re a bit heavy (especially if you’re lugging your dnd stuff around) and a bit expensive for what’s basically a grid with colour but I still got a lot of use out of them, and they’re really durable. They don’t bend or warp at all, but it can be annoying if you fail to fold them correctly the first time

Marker lassen sich gut abwischen. Raster sind gut zu erkennen. Dadurch dass man es falten kann, kann man es kleineren Tischen anpassen

Exactly what you need if you’re looking for solid, quality boards. I’m not a fan of boards with too much going on with the art as my players will regularly ask me “how accurate is (insert any terrain on the board)?” This is great to play on.

Kam an wie erwartet. Meine Favoriten sind aufjedenfall der Lavaboden, Weltall, Grünfläche, Wasser, Steinziegel.Die Ziegelfläche für Tavernen-Treffen verstehe ich auch noch, aber was ist sie Idee hinter der weißen Fläche? Eine schwarze oder eine aus natürlichem Gestein wäre viel nützlicher gewesen. Ebenfalls wäre eine Eis-/Schneefläche ein guter Zusatz. Vielleicht wäre es was für eine weitere Version
