Light and Sound, Grades 6 - 12 (Expanding Science Skills Series)

I purchased this book for a 7th grader who loves science. This book is really well written and the questions are not too difficult. This book really covers a lot of information in an age appropriate way. I would recommend this book for 7th grade- 8th grade.

My 7th grade homeschooler uses this workbook to independently study science topics he is interested. He enjoys the format and layout of the book, as well as the comprehension questions and activities. We do other hands-on science, but this is nice for quiet independent work.

I was expecting a much more detailed explanation of the concepts.The book is more like a cookbook with practice questions.

This is a great book. It made Science more understandable and fun to learn.
