Absolutely delicious, this isn't the stuff you want to cook with -- it's too good for that. I am dipping Italian bread into it and it's buttery, slightly peppery, the flavor is amazing!

Love this oil. It has the grassy notes and burn on the throat. A true olive oil. Outstanding product.

Yes, it's pricey but worth every penny. Istrian olive oils are so underrated. They are definitely in the same league as some of the best Tuscan oils, quite impressive. All of my friends who tried it were floored. Great for salads, dips and even cooking. This one is the strongest product by this manufacturer, but they also sell milder versions. Will buy again.
