Ideal supplement to help in the treatment of anemia.

I have 3 kids with level one autism. one of them had a speech problem with repeating words/ parts of words, like he got stuck and a CD was skipping. I ordered this just in case it would help, and it did help. I haven't seen any negative side effects. the tablet dissolves like a chewable vitamin and tastes like a sweet tart.

I waited to use it for a while before reviewing. No bloating, no belly discomfort and all the issues I had using folic acid supplements. I love these!

Just to clarify for those who has MTHFR gene mutation this is NOT right form of B9, this is for those people who have Folate Receptor Autoantibodies, this is folinic acid - 5-formyltetrahydrofolate (5-FTHF). For MTHFR gene mutation have to take methylated form folate 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). Giving only 4 stars because it says to take half pill, but the pill doesn't have score mark, and it is very hard, difficult to cut in halves. Also it is suspiciously white and sweet, tastes like placebo, not a B vitamin.

I am homozygous MTHFR with slow COMT and cant tolerate methylated vitamins like what was in the Thorne prenatal, so I got this instead to supplement for folate. I tolerate it perfectly and notice a marked difference in energy levels and cognitive clarity!
