Exactly like the ones at the gym
They are exactly what I wanted and work perfectly for the exercises I do! Great work out and just as good as the ones down the gym.These resistance bands do not roll as much as the slimmer bands the writing has worn off easily but the resistance band is very durable and a great selection for beginners to more advanced users as there are bands to suit all levels.The bands come with a carry bag, also it comes with instruction how to use the bands and some basic exercises. For the price it was more than I expected.

Good quality, as described
So amazing! As I expected, the resistance bands are strong. I have put these resistance bands to the test and I am sure they will last long.Can definitely feel the difference in the resistance for each band. And I really like these resistance bands color. We can distinguish the resistance according to their color, and there are also patterns on it.Easy to use, but comes with a quick guide, if you don’t know where to start.Highly recommend especially at the price. Also comes with their own back, for taking to the gym ect.

They are ok
They have good resistance but I thought that would stay in place more. Thye tend to roll up which is uncomfortable during work out

Bands are a Butt Burner
If you are looking to workout your butt like never before, get these bands. Just in two days of using them, I am very sore and feel like they are doing their job. I highly recommend these bands.

Durable-worth the money
Super strong resistance bands that don't slip! Can really feel them working on my glutes. I was worried that these resistance bands would not stand the test of time but they have exceeded my expectations and they are really very good actually. Great value for money!
