The thing is, it doesn't need to be any more sturdy, thick, or have better craftsmanship than the four-star-adequacy that it has. It will hold double-edge or single-edge blades. And it will hold up. Five stars would be nice, but these qualities don't need to be five-star for this little case. It fits 300 double-edge blades so it will last you a long time before it's full. The bottom snaps out so that when it's full, just dump the blades into a can that you can keep in a safe place (as you should with this blade case: keep it away from kids!---It looks like a toy). And just like that, you're ready for 300 more. I really like it. Plus it's cute!

It has a bottom plate that was lodged up inside the bank and was difficult to remove. Once solved it clicks into place and looks the part. All in all a sufficient unit without blems.

This is a great little invention to put all your blades away when you’re done cutting your bread or even utility knife blades. Much better than putting them in the trash and having somebody get cut wish I would’ve had these years ago.

This is a nicely designed tin with a slot in it to put used razor blades in so that you can store them safely and eventually dispose of them. It has a good capacity and according to the listing can fit 300 blades although I haven’t got anywhere near that as yet. The tin can be opened, emptied and reused which is handy (local pharmacies tend to have facilities for the disposal of sharps). A good quality, reasonably priced and very practical product.
