CURE DIVERTICULITIS: The Real Cause & Cure: How I Completely Cured Diverticulitis Paperback – 17 May 2018

This is not a book but a booklet ( approximately A5 size,17 pages including half of it only half a page)!As soon as it arrived, I realized I have been conned. It is clear to me that the Author have never had this painful and debilitating condition, but has only got on a band wagon to make money from genuine sufferers like me!The advice on taking Colloidal silver is positively dangerous! In 1999 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) ruled that the colloidal silver products were not considered safe or effective. Colloidal silver products marketed for medical purposes or promoted for unproven uses are now considered "misbranded" under the law without appropriate FDA approval as a new drug. There are currently no FDA-approved over-the-counter or prescription drugs containing silver that are taken by mouth. However, there are still colloidal silver products being sold as homeopathic remedies and dietary supplements.The book advises that you can buy a generator that produces colloidal silver at home. People who produce colloidal silver at home will likely not be able to evaluate their product for purity or strength. There are many products that are far safer and more effective than colloidal silver.The Author advises to take at least 20 grams of L-Glutamine per day, while all the products sold in UK on the packaging only state to take 5g daily and state clearly : DO not exceed recommended daily dose!As to the rest of the book, the advice given have been taken from several YouTube sites and it is a rubbish concoction!Should have requested my money back! Surprised that Amazon allows this to be sold on their site!

This book if you could call it that, could be read in five minutes judging by the amount of pages that the leaflet had in it . This Item was a complete waste of money for the price I would price it at £1 99 not the amount I had to pay I sent this Item back the information was for me no help at all sorry just being honest

This item looks like a BOOK on 'curing diverticulitis'. What I got was an 11 page PAMPHLET (about a pound a page). The Amazon photo and description, is misleading and due to subject matter is cashing in on people's medical vulnerability!!

a waste of money

Incredibly not worth the price - it’s essentially a leaflet, and can easily get the same I got off Google. The one thing taken from it is to have probiotics and dark chocolate. That’s it! Don’t bother.

I know some people don’t like the way this book is written and how it’s so short but for me there’s actually some great advice and it has worked better than all the other self-help books and doctors combined. Avoiding red meat eating more vegetables avoiding processed foods, bicarbonate soda, and the L glutamine we’re absolutely key for me. Gotta keep that bacteria down and eat healthy. I’ve had dozens of attacks and I was actually ready for a surgery but it was canceled due to Covid which is when I read this book. I can’t believe I was that close to surgery and this is the book that saved me. I was having attacks about every one or two months and now I have made it almost 6 months so it still remains to be seen if this is a true cure for me as I never really feel totally comfortable however this is huge progress and I’m going to stick with it. The book is short and to the point. Many thanks to the author.

This is a short book but there is no waste. De Nicolás gives precise excellent advise to try unless you prefer the doctor surgery route. I have diverticulitis and lots of food allergies and the book hits the nail right on the head.

This isn't a book, more like a pamphlet. The information included can be easily found on the internet for free. Save your money and pass this "book" over! Very disapointed that this is sold as a book, for the price!

One of the more useless things I’ve ever paid for. Very broad terminology, grammatical errors, and you can literally read through the whole thing in about 2 minutes. Save your money and just ask ChatGPT because you’ll get better information.
