Endless Enigma: Eight Centuries of Fantastic Art

a few hours reading at best and then shelved. I have spent six years writing a book and I'll hope to get around the same price for 3 times the pages and 25 times the text and hundreds of illustrations that really took a lot of time and effort. Whomever put this together spent maybe a month selecting and laying out the plates (all in the public realm and viewable elsewhere) and they waited for three authors to submit their long articles to include here. No one was overworked on this baby, that's for sure.

Es una pena que el diseño editorial no haya privilegiado el lucimiento de las obras plasticas sobre el, que las hay muy bellas, pero que por esta causa no lucen en su esplendor. Dejan una gran cantidad de paginas en blanco que es un verdadero desperdicio ya que en otras paginas hay fotos de obras excelentes que ni se pueden apreciar.
