Wow.....nice lamps
These lamps were packed "perfectly". No damage, nothing crushed, all in tact. Easy to put together and I can't wait to light them up and put in my new living room.

Beautiful Lamps!!!!
Beautiful solidly well made lamps. Easy to put together. The color is spot on as far as the color online. They were packaged securely so the lamps arrived in excellent condition. For the money, you can't beat these lamps. Very, very pleased.

One has an issue, but the packaging? ARG!
First, these are very nice looking lamps. The color is not "blue." It would best be described as a washed out teal (not a bad thing) or my daughter saw it as "robbin's egg blue-ISH. Over that are blotches of a washed out medium-deep truer blue. Therefore they can squeak by in a mainly blue-grey color scheme -- just enough of a departure to not look like a near miss, but with the blotches of real blue, that ties it to a blue-based color scheme. So I'm keeping them. As for the issue, one of the lamps is either missing a washer between the harp's saddle (the upward pointing U-shaped holder that the harp fits into) and a sort of collar type piece that's below that piece -- OR the collar's lip being separated allows the lip to slide down just enough to cause that gap. Either way, the result is the harp's saddle can flop around in any direction so the lamp shade, once assembled onto the lamp, would be crooked. Rather than try to dis-assemble and re-box both lamps, I wrapped a plastic cord around the gap area to fill in the gap and hold the harp straight.Having mentioned re-boxing, this set comes very well-boxed with cardboard keepers/space fillers shoved in everywhere. Like enough so I took photos along the way in the unboxing "just in case" there was a problem big enough to return them. Whereupon I found that the bodies of the lamps are recessed in a block of styrofoam, but this is a very strange styrofoam. It's made of millions of tiny styrofoam balls fused together, and when you break that box-fitting solid piece, a zillion of those individual balls break free and let me tell you, they are evil! LOL. I mean, they cling to everything they get near, as though they have a lot of static electricity in them. You can't brush them off your hands, they just jump from one place to another, and then cling there. I did find that a moistened paper towel will coax them to a marginally sweep-able state, but it's iffy. I figured that night I would likely have nightmares of being drowned in a vat of these magnetic teensy balls of white styrofoam. (That was a big reason for my decision to fix, rather than return, the broken lamp.)Otherwise, the instructions are pretty badly wlritten but it's pretty obvious how to assemble it. The on/off switch feels and is cheaply made (mine had the plastic knob missing, but it was in a bag loose and intact so just had to be screwed on). It's not a 3-way outlet but it will take a 150W bulb (they suggest LED and I'm only going to use LED because they draw less power and don't burn hot - and I have to say I'm not sure I'd trust a regular hot-burning 100W lightbulb in these lamps.) At some point I might consider popping for two (or at least one) lamp wiring kit built for 3-way and switch out that whole shebang. As for sturdy, I marked that 3 stars. I love the way these look. However I wouldn't place any bet on whether they'd chip or crack given any kind of a bang. I will handle these very carefully. Not sure what the body material is, it looks like a sort of clay or ceramic-ish material. My guess it it would chip pretty easily. So these are not negative comments as much as advisory comments. Pretty to look at, they do illuminate a room, shades seem to be decent quality (still have the plastic on them just to be sure they keep working okay) but I'm not particularly worried about the shades.I hope this helps other prospective buyers, I didn't find particularly helpful commentary in the reviews before buying mine, and lamps have multiple parts, each of which deserves coverage. Patsy Table Lamps
The lamps, with their fabric shades, came well packed, and both appear decently made. The colors matched the online photos. A minor issue I had was with the assembly of one lamp. The unassembled lamps come with about 14" of slack cord between the bulb's socket/switch and the top of the base, so before you can screw the bulb socket assembly into the lamp base, you have to pull the cord through the exit hole at the bottom of the lamp base. For some reason, on one of the lamps, that exit hole was undersized, and/or rough, and it took excessive force to pull and work the cord through (and also some amount of pushing and twisting the cord into the top end), which ended up visibly scraping up the lamp cord a bit (but who looks at the cord, anyhow ...). The slack cord on the other lamp slid right through the exit hole on the base with very little pulling.A tip - The bulb socket assembly screws into the base with about 6 full turns or so clockwise, which ends up twisting the cord inside the base accordingly. If you first pre-twist the socket assembly/cord counterclockwise those 6 turns, it makes it easier to screw into the base, with little or no after-assembly twist in the cord inside the base.

Great and fast customer service!
I bought these lamps and had them shipped to my sister across the country. One was broken at the base, looked like it was shipping’s fault cause the box and everything was damaged. But customer service was fast and excellent, they were able to send my sister a single base replacement instead of having me order new ones! She received the replacement today and they look lovely! Very pleased with my experience. My sister says the lamps are lovely and seem very well built. The color is more of an aqua/turquoise kind of color, which is what I expected personally, but I could see some people thinking it more of a grey toned blue. Very happy all together.

Love these lamps!!!
You just never know when you buy online but I read a whole slew of reviews and took a chance. They are beautiful! They went with my colors of my living room perfectly. Nothing wrong with them at all. Very well packed and easy to assemble. (Thankfully) I would absolutely recommend.
