These tiny seed like pieces come in a very small package. Don't be deceived by the way they start out. They grow in water. Big time.This package, when hydrated, filled 6 vases with plenty left over.I used tall pitchers for this process. Having helped with a large event that used them, I knew to anticipate the bouncy nature of these little devils when fully hydrated. They go everywhere!I found that emptying each pitcher of excess water, through the small spouts,helped greatly in the actual creative process with the colored "floating" pearls. It's done in layers, so control of the clear gel pieces is very important.I learned, the hard way, that a healthy margin at the top was vital.I am certain that with practice it will get easier.

Loved them! Definietly follow directions and mix them in water the day before so they are at full size for your event the next day. They will stay for weeks!! One small package did 3 large floor vases (probably atleast a gallon of beads in each vase), a big fish bowl vase full and 2 smaller vases. Still had alittle left that was dropped on the floor or down the drain trying to move. Lol. Very pretty with floating candles.

I love this product. It came fast and was just what I wanted. There were 20,000 pearls. When you put them in water they swell up and you can use them for many purposes. What I do is, after soaking them in water and letting them fill up with the water (several hours) then I pour them into a leg of a pair of hose. closing both ends. Then I lay them in my plants when I leave for several days. It keeps the plants watered and I don't have to worry about them. Then I can pick them up and let them dry out so I can use them the next time I need them. You can also put them in the soil around plants either inside or outside after you have soaked them in water. This will also keep your plants watered. But you can also use them for decorations. You can use them to keep fresh flowers freshly watered or you can put them in a pretty vase and put waterproof lights in the vase with them. Really pretty.

I started experimenting with these in the 16 ounce mason jars and they do expand and fill the jars up and they do shrink when no more water is added and I did not have to use that much of them for one jar. I also was able to just sit my battery operated tealight on top (as shown in the picture attached). I will be using the jars for my daughter's baby shower to add pearls inside so they can float and tutus on the outside of the jar.

They definitely grow bigger than I expected but they did the job and only took a few hours to grow to full size! Just make sure to do it in layers and not all at once.

The media could not be loaded.  I used two packs to make a almost five gallon bucket. Here is what I did to.make them work on 19 inch pilsner vases . Added 75 percent full water in vase, then added two teaspoons in and left over night. In the morning the product worked. For some I had to go back and wither add or pour out water. I did not add more product. The video is three weeks later and they are still going strong! Con: No instructions are included in the order.

These things are so freaking awesome and versatile! I used them to decorate for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. I did some with water so the stars appeared to be floating in water and others where the beads snowed. They were such a hit! The decorations were simple but elegant at the same time. Like many of the other reviews, I only used a little. I was going to throw them out but going to store them for later use!

I totally love these beads that hold water the shearness is awesome I enjoy the fact that I believe I have no more gnats.update after a ye you will need to change out the beeds turned green from alage

Sadly after soaking these and placing in a bottle they began turning into water within 48hrs I was under the impression they lasted longer than this, very disappointed
