Good for occasionally use
The media could not be loaded. Brought in March used 5 days a week since. For long hours it would squeek occasionally. But easy to install, hardly any noise.Manufacturer/seller please see photos and video.Its completely warn its self through. Annoyingly the motor is sound leaking grease or was over greesed on assembly. Motor is still working but started to seize up and stop rotating. On further inspection where the spit goes in to motor housing the circular tube that receives the spit via a square hole, (the part that rotates) is just metal leaning onmetal, ultimately will wear though eventually. (Garentee it will outlast return window lol)I have brought/ordered another brand to replace this one. Personal opinion of the product is if used a couple of times a year would probably last for a very long time. However unit needs refining. The heavier the load placed on the spit the faster it's going to break, due to design. I will fix this unit and keep it as a spare.I will either fit a bearing to the case if I can find the right size or I will install a couple of nylon wheels to stop weight rubbing on the housing.In brief.Good product for light occasional use.Would I buy again NO!

simple gadjet,
easy to put together, could be cut to length if required. may need some adjustment or modification to mounting brackets depending on BBQ which it has to fit.

A few minor mods to the length and a couple of holes in the bbq and it worked a treat. Great cooking results so far.
