Can this cream be used under the eyes for aging and dark circles?

It helps with moisturizing, but I think the better option would be to buy a product specifically for dark circles. The product more moisturizes than lightens. My skin is very light Scandinavian, so perhaps the results for you would be different.

Is this a day or night cream..?

I've used it in the day a few times, but now I prefer using it at night only.
