What is the footprint measurement of the 29" stools (measurement of the legs' depth/width on the floor)?

I measured the stool this morning and the length -so side to side, left to right is 18 inches and the depth is 16 and a quarter inches. Hope that helps!

How wide is the seat of the stool? The description shows 14.5 but this seems incorrect. Is that the measurement at the bottom?

it is 17.5 side to side and 14.5 front to back

how much weight can this stool support?

The label on the bottom of the stool says 200 pounds and I would question that it could even hold that much weight for very long based on the skinny legs and cross bars.

What kind of wood is used ?

Soft wood and the screws will eventually loosen and you can’t tighten them. Unsafe.
