Strong, Reliable, and Surprisingly Effective for the Price
Iโve tried a handful of glue traps over the years, but the Catchmaster Mouse & Insect Glue Traps (16-Pack) stand out for one simple reason โ they actually work. These traps are simple, inexpensive, and get the job done without gimmicks. Performance: I was honestly impressed. One trap managed to catch two mice at once โ and it held them securely. The adhesive is extremely strong, enough that even larger mice canโt wiggle free once caught. Itโs also effective for small insects and spiders that tend to wander near baseboards or garage corners. Ease of Use: Each trap comes ready to use straight out of the pack โ no baiting or setup required. You can lay them flat or fold them into a tunnel shape if you want to protect pets or avoid dust collecting on the sticky surface. The cardboard base is flexible but sturdy, and theyโre easy to slide into tight spaces like behind appliances or under cabinets. Disposal: Cleanup isnโt pleasant (glue traps never are), but itโs simple. Just fold it closed and toss. If youโre squeamish, use disposable gloves โ the adhesive is no joke. Effectiveness for Other Pests: Besides rodents, they also do a great job catching roaches, crickets, and other crawling pests. I placed a few in my basement and along window sills, and within a few days they were doing their job quietly and effectively. Downsides: As with all glue traps, theyโre not the most humane option โ the animals donโt die instantly. Itโs something to keep in mind if you prefer no-kill pest control. They also lose stickiness over time in dusty or humid areas, so replacing them periodically is key for best results. Overall Impression: If youโre looking for a straightforward, effective way to handle mice and insects without poison or complex traps, Catchmaster delivers. The adhesive strength alone puts it above cheaper alternatives, and the value of a 16-pack is hard to beat.

Works perfectly
Gets the job done. Super sticky and easy to set up right out the box. Good for catching mice and small insects, but placement matters a lot. Solid choice if you need a quick, no-fuss solution.

A Highly Effective, Modern Solution (But Pricey)
โโ โ โ โ โ โI recently purchased the CATCH mAster because i have exhausting my patience with both the traditional wooden snap traps (which often mangle the catch) and the sticky boards (which feel unnecessarily cruel). I was looking for a balance of effectiveness, speed, and clean disposal, and for the most part, this modern lever-style trap delivers spectacularly. โThe Good: The mechanism is truly fantastic. Unlike old designs, setting this trap is a cinch; there's no risk of snapping your own finger. More importantly, the trigger is lightning-fast and powerful. It has resulted in instant, clean catches 9 out of 10 times, which is a huge step up in both efficiency and humanity. The real game-changer is the no-touch disposal. You squeeze the lever, the catch drops into the trash, and the trap is ready for immediate reuse. This feature alone justifies a higher rating. โThe Deduction (Why 4 Stars, Not 5): The one star deduction comes down to two minor points: the premium price tag (you can buy four wooden traps for the price of one of these), and its extreme sensitivity. I've found that it occasionally snaps shut before the mouse has even touched the baitโsometimes I think a strong draft or humidity change triggers it. This leads to wasted bait and missed opportunities. โOverall: If you can overlook the cost and accept that you might waste a bit of peanut butter on false alarms, this trap is the best solution on the market for keeping a clean, pest-free home. It takes the "ugh" factor out of pest control, and that's worth a lot. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with persistent house mice.

Caught Mouse in 4 days
Noticed a mouse in an urban apartment building. Paired these with Victor Arm Bar traps for overkill. Set them up 2 days after initial sighting (due to delivery time). Caught the mouse 4 days later. Follow the instructions provided. Easy set up great results.

The trap works, good price
This trap works. Itโs gross, but probably better than poisoning the rodents. I put a couple of seeds on a sticky tray. The mouse got stuck although it was able to move the trap a couple of feet before it expired. I replaced the trap, this time inside a paper lunch bag. If the bag is moved, thereโs a mouse, and I can just dispose of it, bag and all. I previously used cardboard sticky traps, but a mouse ate its way through one and escaped.

Perfect
Update: A month and many mice later, these little things work very well but only for small-medium sided mice. Any full grown rodents will just power their way out of the glue. When using these traps to catch mice, be sure to place any kind of food right dab in the middle. I use dry cat food, place like 4-5 pieces and the rodents will rush towards the trap. You won't be able to catch all of them but you'll be able to catch the majority. Does its job. Mainly attracts roaches but with a piece of food or something, you'll definitely attract the mice easier. Finally caught the mouse I bought these for so I am very happy. I would say that these are on the smaller size, like these aren't going to catch rats. Do not get this to expect getting rid of your rat problem. But baby to medium sized mice and you'll be good to go and maybe you'll get rid of some roaches you didn't know you had as well. I and very satisfied with my purchase and will for sure purchase again

Have not caught a mouse on the glue trap yet. Hopefully soon, but the mice seem to know more than the manufacturer about avoidance than attraction .
