uu19ee Micro SD TF to SD Card Kit Mini Adaptor Card adapter Extra Storage Design for Macbook Air/Pro/Retina

I only have 64GB Samsung MicroSD cards to test with, but none would work in this adapter, in any of my laptops or even desktop PC. And yet the same MicroSD card in a standard (larger) adapter works instantly.A bit of a shame since I wanted a super-low profile. Doesn't it annoy you laptop manufacturers don't consider this?Anyway, at £1.66 it's not worth the hassle to send back, but my review is here to warn others don't get your hopes up. Maybe this works with 32GB or under which are of course technically different and maybe that's a limitation here.

For leaving in an Acer travel netbook to add additional storage. Still juts out a little but better in this 90 degree format than the regular style for these adapters. Pity they don't make with a moulded end to curve in

Has worked flawlessly. I use a surgical scapel to get it out because it's completely recessed into the card reader slot.If it were 1-2mm longer I could get it out with my finger tips and it would still be relatively well recessed. Bought 2 more just in case...
