I was fed up with using re-usable bags especially when they start to fold up or collapse as you frantically try to load your groceries into them as they are flung at you at near subsonic speed in LIDL where I do most of my grocery shopping.These are much easier to load, they stay open once you have unfolded them and the base is put into place making them far easier to load.They hold loads of items and they are really sturdy but be careful not to over load them with heavy items, they are more than capable of holding heavy stuff but they are then more heavy to carry.They have nice long sturdy handles to carry them by and after use they easily fold flat for storage. I really like that the hard base is attached to the bag and folds up to make the bags easy to fold flat, this means the base can't fall out and get lost.Great product and a good choice of purchase - only criticism is that I ordered the black ones but got sent the brown ones, not a big issue really but wasn't my choice of colour.Would highly recommend them.

I bought my first set of these over a year ago and they make the checkout experience so much better. No struggling to keep bags open at the checkout and food items can be packed with more care. If it's a rainy day you can always cover the boxes until you reach the car. So many people have asked me where I bought them and, of course, no more plastic bags are being used! I bought this second set to use for recycling products. Much tidier than bags and I can just carry them to our large bins. I am sure that I will think of a third use for them.

I use these in my car boot and unload grocery trolley into them. Thy remain sturdy and upright. Excellent quality. Shame they're not black.

Arrived quickly, appear to be sturdy. Unfortunately one of the bags arrived with the bottom damaged, as shown in the photo. The other two seem to be intact.

Very pleased with these. The only thing for me that would make them perfect would be, that they would be fractionally smaller, so that I could fit 3 into my shopping trolley. Presently I find I can only fit 2 at one time in the trolley.. So if I could fit three in the trolley that would be perfect. They are so strong, easily take lots of cans and heavy large milks and drinks.

I love these bags, makes shopping so much easier, I bought a second set. Very sturdy, they hold loads, fold flat for storage. Would highly recommend.

The bags arrived on time, folded flat but really fast and easy to use. They are ideal for storage in shelving units (as they have handles on each upright side) or for deliveries that come without plastic carrier bags to transfer from the plastic crates the supermarket uses to bring indoors and unpack afterwards. Also easy to wipe clean before folding them back down. Still fairly new but so far delighted and would buy again.

Brilliant bags for the grocery shop. Very sturdy, strong and easy to stack. They hold far more than anticipated. Definitely recommend them.
