I understand painting, I've painted and stained many things over the ages, but I am not a painter. After a few minutes of use, these brushes made me feel like a professional. I was able to cut in edges with the least amount of bleed over I've ever had without using painters tape. They made a big difference and unlike other brushes, gave me more confidence about the final appearance of my projects and was able to complete the job in half the time it would normally take using other brushes and for someone battling with arthritis and lower back strain that is a blessing. They were very comfortable to grip and my hands were less fatigued. I did not have to keep stopping to readjust my hold. For me, as a novice, the ease of use was very noticeable. Using a wood stain, there was almost no drip between the can and work area, no splatter whatsoever. I did not have to go back and clean up any stray overages, pools or runs, application was smooth and consistent flow. The bristles kept there shape and smooth application right up to the final stroke. No bristles frayed or fell out while staining. Many other brushes would end up looking like I just painted a half mile of fence line and you'd want just toss the brush in the trash instead of trying to clean and use again. Clean up was a breeze! Not to mention when finished, my hands were just as clean when I had started! Like I said, I'm not a seasoned painter, but now I will consider these my go-to brushes for future projects. I've never done that for any brand of brush before. A big pleasure to work with. I highly recommend these brushes and there at a budget friendly price that can't be beat!

Plenty nice for the money spent! I wasn't expecting high end brushes, but the quality here was a nice surprise.

You cannot beat the price of this for THREE brushes! I would pay this much for one of these. I’ve painted 5 separate projects and they’re still holding up SO well! No shedding, so soft, and easy to clean so I can reuse them!

These are wonderful. They are nice enough to wash and keep but I'm just a very messy painter and hate cleaning brushes (time and water waste). This is the perfect solution - inexpensive but quality brushes. They paint beautifully, but I don't feel bad about throwing them away.

Inexpensive and great quality. I’m a handyman and use these frequently. They clean up well and last a decent amount of time.

I recently did a house painting job that I decided to use these for. I bought several of the prograde brushes offered on Amazon currently for this job including this particular set for trims. I am used to using Purdy brushes and at first look these seem similar quality wise. They appear to be of good quality . After having used them now for a few weeks I can rate them honestly as mid range ok. When first used the brushes perform well though coverage is a little thin compared to Purdy... They are ok though.Where they lack is durability. You start to lose bristles after cleaning the brush even if its a latex paint gently rinsed off. I have some purdee brushes that have been useable over and over.These are one hit wonders. Thats not to say they are bad, just don't expect durability. These are much better quality than any big box store economy brushes but they are brushes yoi may want to consider as disposable. At this price point they are a good value for what ypu get. They worked for me on this project ok once I understood their short comings.I would definitely buy again for small quick projects.. Painting a whole house though was not really ideal for these.

Pretty good quality for the price. Leaves s nice even coat of paint with less bristle streaks. I totally recommend these.
