petisfam Pet Lookout Pet Booster Seat for a Happy and Safe Ride with Small Dogs or Cats

This was our second attempt at a car booster seat. We learned from the first one that the hanging ones are not good. They’re flimsy and collapse easily. This one had no reviews but I’m SO glad we took a chance on it! It is SO stable! And it has relaxed our very anxious dog on car rides! It has 2 leashes to keep him from jumping out the window - 1 on the booster and 1 that buckled into the seatbelt buckle. It’s big enough for our dog to curl up and take a nap too. He’s currently 17lbs. I think it could hold up to 30lbs like it says though. And it looks way nicer than the Snoozer ones imo! It even has storage space under the booster for my pet’s stuff! 5/5 stars!

Definitely not a good design. The insert hangs in the box and there is no stability underneath it as it is only air holding the inside of the box up. I’m returning it. This may be ok for a dog less than 10 lbs but anything over that is be concerned with my dog falling through the bottom of the insert which is made of cardboard or some other material that isn’t sturdy.

Jagger is 15 lbs and about 13 inches long. Wish it was a little wider but it looks like he will be able to lie down in it and be fairly comfortable on really long car rides. Otherwise he looks out the window.Does it easy to install? Very! Love that it has a seat belt loop and that it can wrap around the entire seat and buckle to itself. Very sturdy.Does your dog like it? He jumped in it right away (he’s familiar with booster seats).Do you feel it is sturdy and safe for your dog? Much more so than the cheap styrofoam one he was in. After about a year it was completely falling apart so thought we would give this one a try. Much more sturdy and well made.Does it helps your dog to look out from your car window? Perfect height for him.Does it helps your dog enjoy the car ride? Yes and keeps him out of my lap!

Shows to be larger than actually is. I havr a minacher aussie and 23 lbs. Way to small for her

I purchased this car seat based on customer reviews that stated the car seat “calmed” their dog instantly. I can’t say the same. The elevated seat has helped but not cured the anxiety of one of my dogs. I like the size, installation and style of the car seat. Overall I am pleased with the product and would recommend this product.

This seat works great for my 15 pound mini dachshund. He can see out the window and loves that. It’s very sturdy and safe. Using the seat belt and a strap that goes around the headrest, it doesn’t move at all. A strap also to connect with your dog, for more safety. A little bulky but I’ve looked at a lot of seats and this was the best for my dog and my car. (Mazda CX-3)

I wish I would’ve found an item like this for my dog years ago. She is a shih tzu who weighs about 14 lbs so she’s not a tiny girl and she fits in this seat just fine. I did not experience some of the issues others did with the safety belt strap as I don’t tie her into the seat but she’s not excitable in the car so if your dog is you might want to take note of the safety strap issues. She’s able to clearly see out the window now and as she was much more relaxed on the long trip we just took for the holidays.

I was a bit skeptical about the velcro booster that is removable because one of my girls is a bit on the heavy side, but it was a nine issue. It didn’t budge at all. They say happily in their seats. Still able to see out of the windows and enjoy the ride. No more jumping all over the car! The attachment that hooks onto their harnesses is adjustable keeping them from jumping out. Theirs two different ways to secure the seats to the car seats. Perfect.
