Does this product come with bolts to fit over the thread?

Hi No for the time being the threaded castors do not come with the nuts, they will need to be purchased separately, but we are planning to have them included very soon with our castors. Kind Regards GBL

Are the rods on these castors removable to allow for another, longer bolt to be used to attach the wheels?

Rods are fixed but casters themselves are brilliant.
