FitJoy Gluten Free High Protein Puffs, Nacho Cheese, Grain Free, 1.05 Ounce Bags, Pack of 6

I've been doing a lazy/ dirty keto lifestyle for a year and a half. During this pandemic I have struggled to eat things that are keto friendly and have begun eating things that are definitely not keto friendly (um, hello cheese puffs). I recently watched someone's TikTok and the fella mentioned his favorite keto snacks and showed a bag of these. Well, I immediately paused his video to write down the name of this product and got on Amazon to see if they sold them and luckily they did! I bought the nacho cheese flavor to satisfy my craving for a favorite tortilla chip and my beloved cheese puffs. The actual puff was smaller than I thought it would be but it was flavorful and satisfied my puff addiction. I will definitely purchase again and I am looking forward to trying the white cheddar flavor next. They are denser than the traditional cheese puff but if you have been keto for a number of months you may enjoy these as an addition to your keto pantry. I will purchase again but I do wish the price point was lower...

We have purchased FitJoy products(FitJoy if you read your reviews please bring back your Mint bars) for years now, so when the FitJoy Keto Protein Puffs came out, we had to at least try them, especially since we are always on the lookout for a healthier snack.Though I personally wanted to try the White Cheddar Puffs, I went with the Nacho Cheese, since my other half is mildly addicted to a major brand of these in a chip form and honestly I was hoping for a snack for him that would have some added nutrition.I do have to say we were both pleasantly surprised in the texture as well as the taste. The taste was more flavorful than expected and the texture was much crunchier than expected if you are looking for the texture and puffiness of a Cheese Puffs, these are more like traditional Cheese snacks.The reason why I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars is one I do think the price point will scare people off, as there are only 6 bags in each box and two these do have a bit spicy kick in flavor which though was fine for us I can see it not being for everyone.With 18 g of protein and is in low carbs, these are a nice Keto snack or if you're looking for a healthier snack, I do with that it offered a least a little bit of fiber, but overall I can see purchasing them again though I will try the white Cheddar.

Ok so these FITJOY PROTEIN PUFFS are awesome. i'm always looking for high protein, low carb snacks. These are the best I have ever tasted. They are crunchy, salty, but doesn't have that creepy stuck in your teeth protein snack thing that sometimes happens with milk isolate stuff. They are a little expensive but TOTALLY worth the price. I have not tried the Honey Sriracha, but the cheddar and nacho flavors are awesome.

I was surprised by the taste of the protein puffs. I expected it to taste more like a Cheeto or Cheese Puffs since I got the Nacho Cheese flavor but they taste almost exactly like Doritos (not a bad thing). I liked the texture and small size of the puff. Pleasantly surprised that it actually tasted good and it's a great alternative if you're looking for a low-carb, high protein snack.

They aren't terrible, but they are not something that will crave or absolutely HAVE to have again. The flavor is OK. The texture is OK. The price is ridiculous for just being OK. I was thinking for the price these have to be amazing, but all in all it was just OK.

I did not care for these. The taste was not what I expected. Won't order again.

Great snack that is high in protein and low in carbs! I enjoyed them enough that shared some with my Gluten free friend and she grabbed some too. Then I shared with my friend is who does keto and she loved them too. Great nacho flavor with a little kick at the end and a fun snack that left me feeling fun and satisfied that salty craving.

I feel they are quite pricey for what you get (6 small bags), but it was worth the try. Nacho flavor is good with a little spice to it. I was surprised at how hard the "puffs" were though... Not the texture of a typical cheese puffs... More like a Cheeto.
