GREENSTRIKE - 10055 Fruit Fly Trap Solution

I'm so glad to find this! I have one of those Torro apple things that work well, but they dont sell refills, which is ridiculous! If they do, they are impossible to find. Its so wasteful to just toss the apple trap away. So, very thankful to find this mix!

I buy the plastic apple type of traps. One has a green cap and the other has lots of holes in lids. So far the best methods of catching them besides standing in a closed up kitchen with a vacuum using the hose. They go to same places and line up and when you learn how you can get hundreds in 15 minutes. But I reuse these apples and different fluids to attract them and they climb into apple and try to drink or swim and they can’t leave the fluid. Then I rinse and repeat. Rotate different fluids

The first bottle broke as I was emptying it into a trap and half of it went on the counter. I was able to get a second bottle through Amazon at no cost, however.Have used this in 2 Terro apple-shaped traps (you know the ones if you're trying to solve a fruit fly problem) as refill liquid and in a week we have had a handful of fruit flys in the kitchen still as well as a few that follow me up to my room where I have the second trap.The kitchen has had better luck with the traditional sticky fly paper traps stood up using a binder clip. In the past week, there are 12 or so fruit flies stuck to it and not a single one in the liquid trap next to it.The Terro liquid that came with the traps was more effective.I will be buying more sticky traps and looking into Katchy as my friend recommended it. Too bad it's so expensive. I won't be purchasing this again.

Okay not the best good price

This products actually smells OK, which is probably the reason why I didn’t give a five stars. The flies were attracted to it as a last resort.

I’ve bought this before. It works well.

When used with the same manufacture's pods, this works well against fruit flies. I've been using it seasonaly for about 2 years.

My own fault, I should’ve checked it out better. 99% vinegar, 1% citric acid. I have like 6 varieties of vinegar in my pantry but none cost as much per ounce as this…and it doesn’t work any better.
