This product worked very well for me. I use it from time to time when necessary and I always get the desired results. The internet stated 30lm for an adlt which is about 2 tbsp.

This is a gentle method of relieving your body of blockage. Three teaspoons in tea certainly do the trick for me! Affordable and easy on the body!

The sorbitol worked great for what I needed it for. My only problem is that the cap broke a little too easily.

THis product does NOT have dosage recommendation. I couldn't find any Sorbitol dosage on the internet. I used 10 cc for my 4 year old once a day (at night) and it didn't work at all. I've had Lactulose before and it worked very good. This time I wanted to go with cheaper Sorbitol and I'm disappointed!!!!!!

Inexpensive, well tolerated treatment for pediatric constipation. We're giving a 30 lb toddler with chronic constipation about 30cc per day, mixed in chocolate milk. The dose is easily modified up or down to achieve the desired outcome.

This is the best laxative on the market (IMHO). It is pleasant to take, doesn't cause cramping and is reliable. Take at bedtime for morning results.
