Instructions are very vague and confusing. Can’t find any place to put oil in crankcase. I don’t want to start it until I find out if it needs oil or if it’s just the 25:1 gas/oil mixture.

I use this motor for a full summer and it worked great. The following summer there were a few screws that were stripped and had to be retapped with larger bolts. Also not watertight, I had a lot of corrosion going on on the inside. But after cleaning up regreasing filling the bottom with oil and sealing everything with silicone. Works great and has lasted quite some time now.

The item came in a box and was packages very badly and thought there might be some damage. I was worried and contacted the seller who was super responsive and attentive. After giving it a thorough go over, set it up on boat. This is an little motor and starts up easily. We love it for our little crab catcher!

It was a little faster than my trolling motor, and now I don't have to worry about battery! Great communication with seller!

Very loud , like a chainsaw next to your ear. Only really works at full power.
