Everything is exactly as described! I have already made Brie three times! I am so excited to be able to make Brie and other cheeses in the future!!

zero instructions so if you've never made cheese steer clear from this kit. you can buy everything individually you would need for much less. Look up the type of cheese your wanting to make and order the ingredients..

Don’t waste your money!
This product arrived with no instructions. One sheet of paper suggesting on line classes. Also recommended buying a book. Tried to use kit with online instructions. Total failure. All went in trash. A total waste of moneys.
